OUR AREAS OF APPLICATION
Map, Infrastructure and GIS Projects
World Bank-funded Cadastre and Update Projects: We have successfully completed massive-scale map updating and digitization processes covering hundreds of thousands of parcels, carried out within the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM). (e.g., digital cadastre production in Sivas, Rize, Kayseri, Trabzon, and Mersin regions).
Strategic Infrastructure and Expropriation Engineering: We carried out the survey, mapping, and engineering works for critical transportation and energy routes such as the Adıyaman-Elazığ-Diyarbakır Natural Gas Connection Line (385 km) expropriation project, which was the first pipeline project tendered by BOTAŞ to surveying contractors, and the TCDD Bandırma-Bursa-Ayazma-Osmaneli High-Speed Train Project (50 km).
Digital and Photogrammetric Map Production: Taking pioneering steps in the sector, we produced Turkey's first 2000-hectare digital cadastral map in Mersin Toroslar and the first photogrammetric cadastral map in Erzurum Ilıca for the Iller Bank. Furthermore, we delivered the emergency action mapping for Sakarya Ferizli following the 1999 Marmara Earthquake in a record time of 20 days.
Large-Scale Urban Information Systems (GIS): We implemented a massive urban information system data production and digital integration project for Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, covering 70,500 parcels in the Sarıyer, Şişli, and Kâğıthane districts.
Legal Boundary, Coastal and Pasture Area Applications: In coordination with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Provincial Directorates of Agriculture, we have determined legal boundaries in thousands of hectares of land. The determination of the coastal line along the Aegean Sea coast of Izmir and the application of 9,271 hectares of pasture land in Van province are indicators of our expertise in this field.
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus 3D Digital Twin and Urban Modeling Project
With this strategic project, carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the General Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, we are creating a full-fledged "digital twin" of the TRNC.
Project Scope: Aerial mapping flights are being used to produce up-to-date digital data for a total of 9,772 map sheets (inhabited and uninhabited) at a scale of 1/1000 across Girne, Lefkoşa, Gazimağusa, Güzelyurt, İskele, and Lefke.
3D City Modeling: Flight data and existing architectural projects are combined to create a three-dimensional property map of the island. We manage the detailed urban modeling phases of this process in an integrated and meticulously coordinated manner with our subcontractors, ensuring full compatibility with architectural platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Goal and Vision: The goal is to integrate Türkiye's digital land registry system into Cyprus, thereby achieving transparent information in the real estate sector, taking steps towards smart city initiatives, and establishing a reliable digital infrastructure for disaster management for municipalities.
